In order to ensure that the seeds of hope take root in every corner of society, Mr. Zhao Guangying and Ms. Cai Xuenni invited numerous experts, scholars, and like-minded individuals from within the country to establish the Kon Wen Cultural and Educational Foundation on August 14, 1990, with approval from the Ministry of Education. The foundation aims to contribute to the education of the people and help the flowers of hope bloom in every part of society.

Our foundation dedicates resources and integrates efforts in the fields of education, academic research, and cultural development. We promote parental education, enhance the learning potential, quality of life, and character development of young people, and facilitate international educational and cultural exchanges. With talent cultivation as our mission, we hope to nurture well-rounded and capable individuals who can contribute to the country and society.
